We live in a era where baroque is very trendy. Fashion designers come out with collections of embellished high heals, big jewelery, hair accessories, dresses with gaudy patterns,etc. Celebrities who follow these trends especially are Nicki Minaj with her colorful wigs and Lady Gaga with her fashion sense. Also interior designers like baroque furniture as well: colorful chairs, huge gaudy mirrors and bed frames, metallic color schemes. Baroque is everywhere in fashion and architecture.

About Me!

Hi my name is Brittany Bradshaw. I am a sophomore, a communications major with a minor in graphic design, and I play on the girls golf team. I decided to take this class because as reading the course description I thought it seemed very interesting to see how certain technologies are actually used in the art world. I also thought this course would compliment my major and minor too. I plan on finding a career somewhere in a television network, and understanding how technology is used in a creative way such as how they capture specific scenes and what exactly goes into it would benefit me a lot.
